- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff are arrogant and treat customers like s***. I went to collect my mail that was addressed to my business. Instead of helping with what proof of ID is acceptable, they treat you like a suspect who wants to steal someone else mail. How did these people get to run an Australia Post Shop. Does not Australia Post have a service level expectation from its "Shop" owners ?
